Ministry: Hospitality
Purpose: To give OHC a warm, welcoming, serving, Christian atmosphere during all service times – Weekend Services, Special Services and Events. Carrying out the plan to greet and care for attenders’ needs as they enter the building.
Responsibilities:
- Come 30 minutes before service scheduled for prayer and instruction
- Welcome attenders once they have entered the building consider needs (visitors, visitor’s with children, disabled, late comers, etc.)
- Understand where all ministries take place to inform visitors
- Greet till 10 – 15 minutes after service has started
- De-greet after close of services considering attenders’ needs
